Return and Exchange

Note:

This policy does not cover the case when the machine is found broken after receiving the machine. If you find your machine broken after receiving it, please check our warranty and refund policy.

1) Return the machine

      1.  If your item has not shipped yet, please send an email to us or call our sales team at 1 (913) 244-6269, and we can cancel your order.

      2. If your item has shipped, please await the delivery and have it returned to our warehouse. Please send an email to us or call our sales team

        at 1 (913) 244-6269. But, you need to pay the return shipping fee.

      3. If the machine you receive is not working properly and has a badly broken. Please send an email to us. Our salesman will tell you the return process.

         When we receive the broken machine, we will ship a new one to your address.

2) Return process: 

       1. Please send an email to us before you want to return your machine. 

       2. After we approve you return your machine, we will give a shipping label. Please attach this label to your machine.

       3. We will ask YRC to pick up the machine at your address.

3) Exchange the machine

      1. If your item has not shipped yet, please contact your salesperson directly, or call our sales team at 1 (913) 244-6269, and we would be happy to

         modify  your order before it goes out.

      2. If your item has shipped, please await the delivery and have it returned to our warehouse. But, you need to pay the return shipping fee.
